About Me

My name is Lucy Ashworth and Little Acorns is my childcare business.I am a qualified Ofsted registered childminder and have completed a pre-registration visit and interview. I am based in the picturesque countryside village of Charlton All Saints.I am married with two children aged 12 & 8 Years.

 

Qualifications I hold are:

 

  • CYPOP 5 Home Based Childcare.

  • Safeguarding and Child Protection training.

  • Behaviour Management training.

  • Paediatric First Aid Certificate (St Johns Ambulance).

  • Level 2 Food Hygiene.

  • DBS (CRB) checked.

  • Full UK Driving Licence.

  • I am fully insured with and a member of PACEY (Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years)

 

I am eligible to provide the 30 hours per week of free early years education for 3 and 4 year olds. I am also able to offer Free for Two places under this scheme.  

Services Offered

  • Early Years - Children aged 0-5 covering the EYFS.

 

  • Before and After School - I provide a before and after collection from Downton Primary School and Downton Pre-school.

 

  • Holiday Care - I provide holiday care covering the Wiltshire school holidays.
